Hi, and welcome to my website! I'm Mortal Cesar (MC Perrin, he/him/his), a digital artist based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. I've been creating digital art since the late '90s, starting with MS Paint as a kid, and my passion for art has only grown since then. I studied Visual Communications at a vocational school in Jackson, Michigan, and have been working with clients on custom illustrations and graphic design projects for print and web since 2011.

As a transgender Filipino-American, I'm deeply committed to giving back to my communities by sharing my art. My work often focuses on themes of representation and queer joy, celebrating the power of self-expression.

I also waive my copyright rights for all my work because I believe in the power of the creative commons and remix culture. For me, my signature lies in my art style, and my legacy is the work itself. The true purpose of my art is to create and share it freely. I trust that those who wish to support me will do so because they value me as an artist and the spirit behind the art.
